Maryann Kaydee is an educator, mentor, advocate, writer, community leader, and Founder & Executive Director of RITE Women’s Network Inc. With over 25 years of experience, she empowers individuals and communities to heal, discover their strengths, and transform their experiences into purpose. A student at St. Catherine University pursuing Early Childhood Education and teaching licensure, Maryann is committed to creating healthier families, stronger communities, and a legacy of hope and purpose.

Public Administration
Louise Chea
Louise Chea is a graduate of United Methodist University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting with an emphasis in Public Administration. She works with Activa International Insurance Company as a Medical Insurance Agent assigned to Family Medical Centre, where she primarily serves in a compliance role. She maintains effective communication between the insurance company and clients, helps resolve client concerns, and ensures that accurate bills and reports are submitted in a timely manner. With her background in accounting, public administration, insurance, and client services, Louise brings strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to her work. She is committed to professionalism, accountability, integrity, and serving others with care.

Chupee Kpola Public Administration | Sociology | CNA | TMA | Sterile Processing Chupee Kpola is a dedicated professional with a background in Public Administration and Sociology, complemented by healthcare training and experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Trained Medication Aide (TMA), and Sterile Processing professional. Her diverse background reflects a strong commitment to service, healthcare, community, and helping others. Chupee brings compassion, responsibility, and a people-centered perspective to her work and is passionate about contributing positively to the lives of individuals, families, and communities.

PFC Vafin Keita U.S. Military Service Member | Youth Advocate | Community Supporter PFC Vafin Keita is a dedicated member of the United States military whose commitment to service reflects the values of discipline, responsibility, leadership, and perseverance. Beyond his military service, Vafin has a heart for young people, families, and community. He believes in encouraging the next generation to recognize their potential, develop confidence, and understand the importance of responsibility, resilience, and positive leadership. As part of The RITE Women’s Network Inc., Vafin brings the valuable perspective of a young man committed to service and personal growth. His involvement also reflects RITE’s belief that meaningful community transformation includes the voices and experiences of women, men, fathers, boys, and youth. Through his example and service, Vafin represents a generation of young leaders who understand that strengthening individuals, supporting families, and giving back to community are important parts of creating lasting change.
